The mission of Achievement First is to deliver on the promise of equal educational opportunity for all of America's children, with special attention to urban and inner city children. • Following the school’s English language arts and mathematics curriculum, create homework for fourth grade; upon completion, collect and input scholar data into the network's Kickboard records. • Monitor and support scholars in fourth and first grade during independent practice on the network's ST Math Application, a visual math program that provides differentiated instruction for individual students, regardless of skill level.

My responsibilities include multi-tasking between trouble shooting various different projects coming from the SSS regional coordinator and serving as a role model for incoming low income/first generation freshman students.
