On the Engagement team, I'm focused on growing a team of four designers as they create experiences for the customer care, messaging, and reputation management suites in Sprout. Partnering with other design managers, I'm also regularly involved in team culture initiatives, hiring, product strategy, and visioning.Working previously on the Global and Design.
