-Manage teams of up to 15 on-site construction professionals to facilitate successful project delivery.-Develop Occupational Health and Safety documentation – SWMS, JSEA, ITP’s, Risk Assessments.-Engineer heavy crane lift plans and erection methodologies for the safe and efficient assembly of structures. -Assist in definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. -Coordinate site works with Site Manager, Project Manager and other trades on site.-Procurement of resources, tools, and materials
