Receiving the Purchase Orders from overseas sales and marketing colleagues and punch in SAP.Checking the PO and various conditions (Inco term, payment term, material, price, qty, etc.?) to align as per process and DOA.Creating customers in C4C and getting it moved to Hana in case of a new customer.Discussing with respective sales manager to arrange customer schedule and send the order confirmation.Creation of sales contract and sales order in SAP S4-Hana.Confirmation of outstanding and payment vs credit limit and get the approval as per DOA and get it released in SAP.Close follow-up with the planning team to have availability confirmation for the received orders.Execution of order after having all the necessary approvals after having approval from the Regional Head.Co-ordination of arranging by customer vehicles and executions of a plan to logistics.Coordination and pass the appropriate information to QC, planner, and logistics for planning and order confirmation.Dispatch documents and dispatch information to customers through .Preparing proforma invoice as per purchase order.Dispatch documentation uploading at customer portal for payment processing.MIS reports the preparation of Customer Services for various management updates.Discuss with the S&M team the pending orders and provide the consolidated sheet thrice a week.Getting the freight from the logistics team and sharing it with the S&M team for new locations.In case of part load, share the freight with the customers and get approval to proceed with the dispatch.Preparing credit notes/ debit notes related to customers on a case-to-case basis.Coordination with the concerned department for customer queries like a short receipt, shipment status, and leakages.Close follow-up with S&M and customers to get the vehicle offloaded in case of long detention.Back up the colleagues in the case of leave.
