The CWE and Core consortium of TSOs (Transmission System Operators) has the aim to improve the Flow Based marked coupling. This market coupling process will improve the road toward a European energy price and manages the risk on the electricity net in the use of renewable power sources.My role is IT Project Manager in which I have to manage several vendors of which some competitors. They all need to work together to implement the technical solution following CACM guidelines within a given binding timeline. These guidelines are needed to secure transparent cross border trading of energy and utilization of renewables within the energy grid. TSOs and vendors need to work closely together to find solutions that are both compliant with the CACM guidelines and feasible to use by the operators. Next to that they need to needlessly integrate with the systems of third parties such as NEMOs (nominated energy market operators) and transparency platforms.
