As a cafe owner I was responsible for managing the overall business, overseeing daily operations, financials, inventory, and staff while ensuring a high level of customer service and product quality,Which includes designing and updating the menu, maintain supplier relationships, and create a welcoming atmosphere in the cafe. Day to day work includes handling marketing, customer engagement, and community involvement to build loyalty and attract new customers with manage staffing, including hiring, training, and scheduling, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, we adapt to industry trends, implement sustainable practices, and navigate legal and administrative tasks, all while fostering a positive work culture and a memorable customer experience also maintaining growth by franchising business of cafe.
