As a Sourcing Specialist responsibile for searching on social networks and job sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emailsfamiliar with sourcing techniques using excellent verbal and written communication skills.Responsibilities includes but not limited to:• Using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates• Interacting with professionals on niche platforms, like Github and Behance• Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements• Sending recruiting emails and follow up with candidates• Asking for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles• Contacting past applicants for new job opportunities• Developing network of potential candidates and industry professionals• Entering candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases• Identifying future hiring needs and proactively sourcing potential hires• Measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and lead time-to-fill the post.
