Ensures that the Maintenance Philosophy and Strategies of COMPANY are implemented and completed at all COMPANY facilities.Schedule and maintain all preventative maintenance work order and all planned shutdown activities for all platforms.Liaise with other functional Groups such as Well Services, Projects, Integrity, Inspection and Safety to incorporate their respective Group work plan into one common Company Integrated Operation Plan (IOP).Liaise with discipline engineer for all technical matters relating to work intervention including the requirements for spare parts, services, vendors and the coordination with the other trades.Liaise with offshore for logistic and mobilization of vendor for preventative maintenance works.Develop a draft Integrated Operating Work Plan from the various Group and Operations inputs each month.Organize and conduct monthly meeting to review previous month planning and discuss the draft plan for the next month IOP. Highlight to the Maintenance manager all manpower and logistic issues that affect the plan and take instructions to revise the IOP accordingly.Ensure all monthly plans are delivered on time to Maintenance Manager for approval and subsequently disseminate the approved plan to all.Carry out daily monitoring of all planned activities and mobilization and report to Operations Superintendent any changes and challenges affecting the approved IOP. Participate in all offshore planned shutdown activities. Assist Offshore Supervisory team to steward work progress during all planned shutdown and provide updates for daily reporting. Extensive hands on experience equipment such as Blasting equipment,diaphragm pumps,Asahi air plunger pumps,induction controller and Diesel air Compressors(rotary screw type)as well generators ( 150-385kva range type)

Responsible for Material planning and inventory control for all Test Engineering Equipment Parts and project related tools.Responsible for control and monitor the consumption for all parts which are issued to production line with agreed quantity set by each tool owner on weekly basis.Communicate with procurement to work on deadline or urgent execution parts need to sustain production and reduce losses.Work with supplier's and Fabricator's to ensure good's which are delivered follow all the specification and standard which are set.Work with engineering group study on high failure mode parts and find solution to increase life span or to source locally to reduce spending.Work with local suppliers to find parts which brings Cost saving with similar or higher lifespan.Work with procurement on pricing issues while bidding process takes place.Develop system ,processes and procedures to manage the data on spare inventory ,cost estimates and spares planning based on forecast production with the advice of production planner to avoid any uncertain spike which will cause delays and losses.

Handling the repairs of electrical and mechanical test equipment breakdowns.Responsible for fixing circuit boards at component level.Maintain electrical systems and equipment to ensure effective operation of system and services.Handling the task of preparing documentation like safety logs and repair status for providing and supporting materials.Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and ordering equipment parts that is appropriate and cost effective for the manufacturing handlers and test tester equipment.Overseeing the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.Study equipment performance and reliability.
