• Create and maintain robust partnerships with the selected partners, ensuring aclear definition of goals and objectives, regular reporting, timely budget utilizationand joined marketing efforts to make them deliver the requests on time.• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduledprojects• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring allsubordinates are actively working toward established milestones• Proactively anticipate client needs and provide solutions• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address anyquestions or challenges regarding projects• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staffmembers required for specific projects or initiatives• Develop detailed proposals of websites for the initiatives to different stakeholders;including the definition of the website, implementation plan, tools required,ongoing execution follow up and reporting on the development progress to theteam.• Create and develop quarterly and annual reports for the reach and impact of thewebsites (user experiences and participation).

• Writing efficient code• Creating websites using standard HTML/CSS practices• Supervise a junior web designer and programmer to produce the websites• Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop anddeploy their content – and ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can becreated within what timeframe.• Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation.• Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built
