I spent the first half of my career implementing technology for banks and the second half as a consultant focused on technology strategy, operational efficiency, and regulatory change. Having been the 12th employee at Capco in London, I helped grow the firm over the 11 years I was there as a Partner and at different times UK Country lead and head of Capital Markets consulting. I moved to PwC in 2010 to help them grow the Financial Services consulting business. There I became the Consulting lead for a major Swiss Investment Bank working on a number of complex regulatory change programs and increasing the work that PwC did with the bank by 15x over 5 years. For the last few years at PwC I led the blockchain practice helping to establish it as a viable commercial proposition within the firm.I currently sit on the advisory board of Fidata a company that is making a contribution to Net Zero by changing green bond reporting to accurately track projects, during the lifetime of the bonds
