Key responsibilities are: • Make proposal after studying the client request in terms of technical specifications such as valve type, material type, manual or control valves, with an electric actuator or pneumatic actuator, with accessories like solenoid valve, limit switch, air filter, positioner etc. • Follow up with the client for updates on the proposals• Negotiate with the client to understand their budget, delivery time, payment terms etc. and make a counter proposal • In case of order, release the sales contract• Update the clients with production status• After sales support where needed like problems with logistics, documentations, claim for defective goods etc.• Keeping contact with the clients for future projects Beside that we also do trading (selling other manufacturer valves) to support our client or to complete a package for a tender, where my responsibilities are:• Getting offers from our partner manufactures or search for a new supplier if required• Negotiate with the supplier for better price and delivery time• In case of order follow up with the supplier for the production
