-Manage pipeline insuring that timelines, department goals and customer expectations are met. Sets performance goals for staff to meet/exceed. Tracks and measures performance goals for the department and individual staff.- Ensures that staff members are knowledgeable of required compliance regulations and are applied to day-to-day activities. Coordinates regular Operations meetings, agenda and stats.-Prepare, maintain and implement policy, procedures and processes for residential loan operations department to function efficiently and economically. This includes the accountability for maintaining origination, processing and closing systems and interface enhancements to assure the operation runs as efficiently as possible and data integrity is maintained.-Review loan documentation for structure and format so that company's legal position is adequate.
