Oversee tobacco/alcohol tax, price, and related data for research work, design and execute complex statistical analyses, author reports, and provide technical feedback on research materials.

Collaborate closely with the senior analytical team to apply econometric, biostatistical, and epidemiological methodologies in the analysis of complex datasets.

Support in developing measurement tools, provide technical support in M&E plan, train partners in data collection and analysis, assist in data analysis to Executive Director for reporting

Lead the overall information system of the trust fund including data management, analysis and promoting data use across the portfolio.

Perform program management including human resource, budget. Do data collection, entry and analysis for reporting to senior management team. Familiarize with available survey/research/assessment tools and findings in order to develop program proposal.

Lead data collection team, oversee the research/survey/assessment, do data cleaning and analysis and, prepare visual presentation, write report with presentable data.

Lead the project medical team, provide medical consultation, work with data manager to analyze service statistics, coverage and drug consumption, submit report to senior coordination team
