• Interior Design Specialist- Site Supervision VVIP Development Project, Abu Dhabi- UAEClient/ End User contact Person:- Acting as Client Rep - Maintain the Client expectation, budget and quality- Design Coordination between designers, sub consultants, with the Client requirements and Contractors/ suppliers.- Coordinator Between the site progress and the client- Site Progress and condition presentations and reporting for the End User.- Managing and coordination all stakeholders.- Following up with client approvals- FF&E Package control.Site Supervision- Lead Consultant:- Following up the site condition with the Client requirements and site instructions.- Contractor/ suppliers submittals approvals.- Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements, RFI Consultant, Quality Control, Site Inspection.- Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.- Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors.- Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases; obtaining approvals.Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.An advocate for homeowners and facilitate availability of services and materials.- Make suggestions and recommendations for repair.- Ensure project proceeds in a timely manner, controlling the project progress in match with the Project Progarmme.- Complete and manage necessary reports and follow up meetings with Contractors, in progress and technical meetings.

-prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.-Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.-Develop a business relationship with new clients.-Grow and retain existing clients.-Strategic planning, and develop the pipeline of new projects coming in to the company.-Dealing and reporting to the senior and upper management.
