I worked in the call center for assistance with the Electronic Voter Identification Devices (EVID) for the presidential primary, primary, and general election. I worked as an Inspector for early voting during the general election. I was responsible for verifying voter eligibility, checking in voters using the EVID, providing voters with documentation so they may obtain a ballot, and assisting in closing down the polling place. I also assisted with ballot proofing before the general election.

Customer service and education were part of my responsibilities which comprised of making guests feel at ease and answering any questions they may have.
