Bladder Cancer Awareness Day was covered by local media in thirteen states.• Organized regional educational forums with local medical experts in San Francisco, North Carolina, and New York City, attended by record numbers of patients and recorded for webcast.• Oversaw 700% increase in users of online support community for survivors and caregivers.• Improved accounting systems and financial reporting. Oversaw two clean audits. Transitioned BCAN to new, long IRS Form 990, adding required policies and procedures.• Doubled number of donor households. Increased total income by over 20%.
