I have been with yellow.ai for over 6 years, joining as the 6th employee and witnessing the company's growth from less than 10 to 1100+ customers globally, across regions. My expertise encompasses designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that truly make a difference - spanning across Customer Experience, Customer Support, Employee Experience, and Marketing Automation. I have ideated, developed, and scaled Engage, a Conversational Marketing Automation Platform, from scratch to 12+ Mn ARR. I have also led the integration efforts for yellow.ai, including 3rd party integrations and communication channel integration, developing a highly scalable framework for integrating our No-code builder to any 3rd party platforms within hours. Additionally, I have launched and scaled Canary, a Conversational CX product-line, for 300+ enterprise customers, including Adidas, Puma, Pepsi, Xiaomi, etc. I am passionate about creating AI solutions that solve real-world problems and deliver value to customers.
