Hello! I'm Saya, a Junior at the Colorado School of Mines, currently in my third year on the Women's Varsity Basketball Team. In addition to my athletic commitments, I’m an active member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). I’ve had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience through an internship at The Golden Animal Hospital, part of the Jefferson County Executive Internship Program. I’ve also worked as a Lead Coach for multiple camps run by the Colorado School of Mines Women’s Basketball program.My passions lie in both sports and science, and I thrive in environments that challenge my perseverance, leadership, and teamwork skills, qualities I’ve honed both on and off the court. When I’m not working, practicing or studying, I love to travel and explore new places. A fun fact about me is that I hold dual citizenship, proudly representing both Luxembourg (EU) and the USA.
