Managing a product development process designed for complete product development projects, beginning with product concept development and ending with design introduction into manufacture. In a systematic approach, directing ID guys conceptualize products and help them evaluate ideas, turning the concepts into tangible inventions and products. Combine art, science, and technology to create new instruments that consumer can use for underwater recreational diving. My evolving role has been facilitated by digital 3D Cad Tools like Pro Engineer that now allow designers to communicate, visualize, analyze and actually produce tangible products along with expedient SLA (prototyping) processing.The development team which i am currently managing is composed of experienced engineers from all disciplines industrial designers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, PCB designers, software engineers and test engineers. I orchestrate a team which applies a rich knowledge of manufacturing processes to develop a high quality and cost effective packaging to be functional and aesthetically pleasing.
