As a Flight Chief at the United States Air Force (USAF), I lead and manage a team of 20+ personnel, ensuring their readiness, training, and performance. I also oversee the continuous process improvement initiatives within the flight. With over three years of experience in this role, I have contributed to the mission and vision of the USAF, as well as the safety and security of the nation. Some of my achievements include implementing a new workflow system that increased productivity, facilitating a cross-functional project that improved communication and collaboration among different sections, and mentoring several junior members who advanced to higher positions. My core competencies include leadership, teamwork, continuous process improvement, problem-solving, and communication. I am passionate about learning new skills, developing my team, and delivering excellence in every aspect of my work.
