I have 3 years experience as a Transaction Processing Officer in Mphasis Pvt Ltd and 8 months experience as Test Analyst in Amdocs.Responsibilities of Test Analyst in Amdocs--Requirement/Impact analysis and initiate appropriate discussions with BA & Development team for clarification and faster resolution.-Preparation Test plan, Test summary report, preparation and Execution of test cases.-Defect tracking in HP Quality Centre and taking them to logical closure.-Review of test cases / results / Defects and provide necessary review comments.-Preparation of QA Sign-Off / Test Summery report and sharing same with respective stakeholders.-Preparing daily status reports and status communication to respective stakeholders.-Driving daily status call with onshore coordinator and client QA manger.-Driving defect triage call with BA, SME, Developers.
