Scrum Master with more than 11 years of experience with a keen ability to understand and build complex systems and focusing relentlessly on removing impediments from teams and delivering customer-centric products and features. Led teams of 8-20 people across technology, business, and design departments. Worked in Agile Environment for most of my career, and worked in waterfall methodology for some projects.My goal as a Scrum master is improving processes and complex product deliveries by implementing a scaled Agile environment. Providing Hands-on in training teams and supporting product owners to remove impediments and backlogs, enhance velocity, and help teams adopt Agile methodology.I started my career as a software developer , then progressing to Team lead. While working as a team lead, I got to explore my Leadership Skills and Management Skills. Proactively taken up the responsibilities like team management, Resource Management and Project Planning. Where Project Management / Scrum Master Skills grew more on me. After that successfully taken up Scrum master/Agile project management role and responsibilities and Managed successful releases for a complex project consisting of Cross-functional, cross-technology and geographically Dispersed team. Till today I have worked on Project from various domains such as Retail, Clothing brands, Beauty and Fragrance and Telecom as well as Health care.
