I co-founded the BRACU Duburi team in 2017, building Bangladesh’s first AUVs and gaining international recognition.     Marine Robotics is a very niche field for research in my country. However, as the technical advisor of Bracu Duburi Team, I have been giving my best to promote and practice underwater robotics by utilizing all the available resources. I have also been simultaneously working to create solutions that cater to the needs of Bangladesh’s marine and other aquatic industries. Recently, we participated in the Robosub2023 (California, USA) and won 2nd position worldwide.My current agendas as the Technical Advisor are,1. Develop an ROV capable of conducting rescue and inspection tasks in Bangladesh. 2. Test existing rovers in natural water bodies ( Lake, River and Sea ) to figure out their limitations ad prospective applications.

    As the mechanical Lead, I was assigned with the task of developing a 6-DOF manipulator for the rover. I began by thoroughly researching and selecting the most suitable materials and components to ensure durability and precision in the manipulator's movements. Then after forming a team, I employed CAD software for detailed design and simulation, allowing us to refine the manipulator's structure and optimize its performance. We used 3D printing, CNC machining, and laser cutting to fabricate the manipulator components with precision.One of the most significant achievements was the implementation of inverse kinematics support, which allowed us to precisely control the end effector's position and orientation. We integrated sensors and feedback systems to ensure real-time adjustments, enhancing the manipulator's accuracy and adaptability.Alongside I designed and finalized a system for GPS and Compass-based autonomous maneuver.Helped manage the team and Trained Juniors in the rover communication system
