Procurement Officer
¤ Evaluating all vehicle ¤ Both Toyota branded and non - toyota branded used car purchasing¤ Organizing sales visit, maintaining accurate records, aiming monthly and annual procurement target¤- Interfaces with current used vehicle owners from multiple resources with the purpose of purchasing/Exchanging their vehicle and proposed to buy a new Toyota car.¤- Approached, greets and interfaces with dealership customers to appraise and offer to exchange their current vehicles with new Toyota vehicle with its benefits.¤- Provide guidance and support to dealership Sales Associates as it relates to purchasing/exchanging used vehicles.¤- Negotiates procurement closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion¤- Maintains a prospect development system of current used vehicle prospects and schedules appointments to appraise and purchase used vehicles.¤- Report to Supervisor regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses.¤- Attends product and sales training courses as requested by General Manager or Sales Managers.¤- Ensured all procurement trade in targets are met or exceeded.¤-Physically inspect customer vehicles that arrive for appraisals¤ Coordinate with the sales department to finalize trades¤ Complete daily vehicle tracking duties as necessary¤ Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and drive increased satisfaction levels
