Manage, train and hire administrators. Assist the Service Manager in a variety of managerial tasks. Deposit daily cash reports to our accounting team. Handle incoming connection cases through Toyota. Work with outside vendors on accessory installation and billing. Update monthly accounting aging report. Communicate with Enterprise to ensure our guests have rentals and proper billing.

Open, modify and close repair orders. Close and transmit warranty claims. Generate a weekly warranty Excel spreadsheet for management showcasing claims status.

File customers paperwork after they had service performed on their vehicle. Review work with customer. Collect payments and log as needed.
