Internal Audit Manager
Current• Audit Planning: Improve internal controls and operating efficiency mainly focusing on Inventory management.• Inventory Management: Assessing the effectiveness of inventory management processes and controls to ensure accurate tracking, valuation, and safeguarding of inventory in retail fashion stores, including Central store & finished goods stores.• Store Operations: Evaluating operational processes and controls in retail stores, including cash handling, sales reconciliation, customer returns, and exchanges.• Sales Analysis & Distribution: To optimize sales performance, ensure efficient product distribution, and enhance customer satisfaction, all while supporting the broader strategic objectives of the fashion brand.• Risk Management: Evaluating the effectiveness of risk management processes, identifying control gaps, and recommending risk mitigation strategies.• Reporting and Visualization: Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, such as senior management, marketing, and merchandising teams. This includes using tools like Power BI, or Excel to present data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format.• Trend Forecasting: Utilizing historical sales and market data to forecast future trends and demand patterns.• Online Fulfillments: Ensuring that online orders are handled efficiently, from the moment an order is placed to the final delivery to the customer. Their work is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of the retail fashion brand’s e-commerce operations.
