-Responsible for :-* Material Planning team for L.V. switchgear , CHINT Medium voltage panels , RMU and Transformers.* Production Planning for L.V. ABB switchgear.* Review and Follow up for internal process and phases.* Local and Foreign purchasing teams.* Stock Control Management.

-Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.- Communicate with contractors, clients, vendors, site and commissioning engineers about design-related issues at all different stages of the project. - Provide technical support to contractors, vendors, clients, site and commissioning engineers during all stages of project.-Prepare all service errands reports for low voltage switchgear -Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. -Dealing with low voltage specification for north, south & canal electricity distribution companies.-Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

-Extract final bom related to the running projects with its ordering codes.-Prepare required coordination tables in projects.-Prepare required electrical studies including: selectivity study, short circuit study & voltage drop study.-Prepare required electrical studies including: selectivity study, short circuit study & voltage drop study.-Review building management system (BMS) Scheme to prepare wiring control diagram.-Dealing with design stage includes preparing shop drawings using EPLAN / AutoCAD (operational single line diagram, layout, metering, protection diagram & wiring layout).- Preparing complete reports for short circuit and selectivity studies for electrical networksusing DOC&CAT software, Ensuring adherence to international quality standards as, IEC and BS.

-Prepare production Plans according to available factory capacity and ability.-Managing working hours to achieve company production targets.-Study K.P.I for workers.-Prepare finished goods,semi-finished and back-log reports.-Coordination between design team and top managements to fulfill company target.

-Extract final bom related to the running projects with its ordering codes.-Prepare required electrical studies including: selectivity study, short circuit study & voltage drop study.-Review all sales documentation, tendering stage & both commercial and technical offers.-Good selection for P.L.C part list.-Collection for customers feedback,arrange and study their needs.-Follow running operations,service reports,errands.
