Responsible for Account Reconciliation & Asset ReconciliationMonitor and investigate all cash breaks and update the same in System. Clear all cash break Within SLA. In case of discrepancies, liaise with Agent banks and resolve in timely Manner. Responsible for making daily Cash flow. Check and advice Collateral manager that the accounts have sufficient Funds and are not getting overdrawn due to cash movement of funds on daily basis.Conducted research and investigation of all discrepancies. Advice collateral Management team to perform necessary STIF (Short Term Investment funds)to mitigate the risk of account overdrawn in case of FX or trade or fee payment in different accounts.Reconciled discrepancies efficiently and in a timely manner for clients. Covers position reconciliation of loans, Issuer, ABS, MBS, Equity, syndicate loans.Resolved account reconciliation issues quickly. Performing the functions of assessing creditworthiness of clients and taking adequate steps to ensure the health of loan and Bond Portfolio on delinquency front. Trade Settlement. Query management for issuers, third party payments, swaps and FX options.CDO Reconciliation. End to end processing of portfolios, which includes interest and principal posting /calculation, settling trades, updating PIK, Processing rollover and rate setting, Correcting PAR position for settled and unsettled positions. Completing restructure on system . Movement of Par as per client instructions. Performs cash reconciliation on bond and loan payments. Also responsible for reconciling bond and loan par positions.Performs bond processing activities for corporate trust customers using established procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of bonds and loans. Researches issues that arise and performs corrective processing to resolve issues. Track and gather information for statistical reporting.
