With a passion for web development and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science, I had been working as a MERN Stack Software Engineer at School Care ERP since July 2021. School Care ERP is a cloud-based platform that provides comprehensive solutions for managing school operations, enhancing student learning, and improving parent-teacher communication. In this role, I have contributed to the development, testing, and deployment of various features and functionalities of the platform, using React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.js. I have also leveraged my skills in responsive web design, version control, and Redux.js to ensure the optimal performance, usability, and scalability of the platform. Furthermore, I have collaborated with a team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and end-users.Prior to joining School Care ERP, I was the Founder and Ex-Director & CEO of a printing and indoor-outdoor advertisement company, where I managed B2B, B2G offset, and digital printing operations worth over Twenty Million Rupees. I started the company as a freelancer in 2016 with a mere investment of 5000 rupees, and grew it to a nine-person full-time company in 2018, with an aggregate overall turnover of 15 Million Rupees. I was able to achieve a project completion rate of 100% within the estimated time frames, resulting in an increased client retention rate of over 40% in many cases.My career goal is to continue learning and developing my web development skills, and to apply them to create innovative and impactful solutions that can enhance the education sector and benefit the society.
