Work closely with Corporate Marketing to design and execute agreed strategies built around developing new business growth in e-learning.* Open business development dialog with strategic customers. Particular interest is to build a few large strategic accounts.* Deal with e-learning, Content Development & Curriculum Development* Identify and attend trade shows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business, and to market company’s end-to-end solutions.* To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and new potential clients* Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities* Work with management team to develop and implement new strategic plans* Planning and preparing presentations* Communicating new product developments to prospective clients* Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or overall company target* Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities* Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately* Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusions.
