Our services target refugees who have just arrived in Canada, sometimes within days, and are tailored to each family we support. We establish a relationship built on mutual trust and then determine urgent needs. We offer items not provided by government settlement agencies, and encourage self-sufficiency so that newcomers know where and how to find answers.

• Collaborated in training for job creation, employment, resume, and cover letter writing, interpretation and translation of the documents for Afghan star refugees waiting for Canadian Settlement Program.
• Mentored New Star Community 101 families by providing training and delivering in person counseling to the junior members on the initial settlement process, job finding, counseling and psychological lessons.
• Coordination with North Macedonia Public Health Authority for community Immunization, Nutrition, Hospital Appointments and outside movements.
