• Purchase projection- Planning and working out company's monthly purchase projection.• Negotiation - Negotiating and closing deal with suppliers• Purchase follow up - Determine quantity and timing of delivery.• Contracts - follow up sale Contracts and Issue Purchase order. • Art Work - Design for product package as per destination requirements and buyer customized order• Supplier management - Build and maintain good relation with new and existing suppliers.• Sales support - Updating current market price of products to sales team.• Stock - Keeping a constant check on stock level.• Coordination - with customers, vendors, service partners, shipping lines, forwarders, transporters, Banks for Documentary collection, Insurance company to insure cargo and claim for any loss(if any)• Documents - Prepare and finalize Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bills of Lading, Cert of Origin, Marine Insurance, bankable documents, Health/ Phytosanitary Certificate, Inspection certificate such as SGS, Bureau veritas, Special documents such as COC for Iraq, Mombasa and CNCA for Angola. Surrender BL/Switch BL, Telex release when needed. Cargo diversion to different port.• Logistics - Arrange, Track, Manage and update Containerized / Bulk cargo about 300 TEUs per month for Commodities like Rice, lentils, oil, canned food items.• Reports - Working sheets and management reports • Projects - Handled 3 Projects of ICRC and GRC, shipping Food Parcels to Syria, Yemen, under humanitarian aid. Obtaining NOC from IHC, getting Export permit from MOFA.• Experience with Dubai Trade, Mirsal II, Dubai Chambers, Dubai Municipality portals.
