Provided Integrated Logistics Support management as well as Contractor Logistics Support management for the NATO Integrated Technology Modernization (ITM) Program.• Developed and authored logistics concept documents such as the Logistics Support Analysis Plan (LSAP), the Integrated Support Plan (ISP), and the In-Service Support Plan (ISSP) to identify roles, responsibilities, and to map proper logistical guidelines to ensure program success.• Worked with reliability engineers to develop Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Testability (RAMT) calculations, as well as helped develop the Failure Mode, Effective and Critical Analysis (FMECA) data, in addition to Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD) to determine equipment availability levels.• Conducted Site survey’s across 29 counties/44 sites and developed proper procedures to ensure successful migration of equipment.• Managed the Tier 1 through Tier 4 support for all equipment furnished under the NATO ITM Program. • Managed all hardware and software warranty support, training, documentation, and performance monitoring, reporting and improvements. • Partnered with vendors such as Dell, Cannon, Cisco, Riverbed, etc. to develop and procure the Bill of Material (BOM) necessary to furnish all equipment under the NATO ITM Program. • Effectively Managed a team of 30 plus members to include engineers, trainers and logisticians to ensure the success of the NATO ITM Program
