Sayed Aly is a Director of Facilities Management at Samama Group of Companies. Colleagues describe him as "I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Sayed Aly for any position that he feels capable of performing. As a Program Manager fortunate enough to have him as my immediate report Project Manager (provided by Samama Group) and Senior Quality Manager I can most definitely state that Sayed is a member of a very short list of personnel that I would blindly recommend to anyone should it regard a position that he feels he is capable of doing. The Program of which he was assisting to support was very difficult to manage during the very difficult COVID-19 initial pandemic. It is incredibly important to note that while Sayed was in this position that there was not, in almost 2 years of pandemic, a single instance of virus. I personally witnessed a loyalty by those that worked for him that I have not seen since my days in the USMC. Sayed cares about his employees as if they were of his own family and that care is consistently rewarded 100 fold by his workforce. He is firm and fair, patient and prompt, caring and cautious. His English language skills are on par with management level native speaker. He grasped very abstract concepts that I would explain and not only was he able to take those concepts and put them into action, he was able to translate them. On occasion we would meet about an issue that he was already working and his solution was equitable, reasonable and fair to such an extent that no other solution would be necessary. In my 20+ years I have come to learn it is a very rare person that has that ability. Mr. Aly time and again not only was willing to "get his boots dirty" to explain a task or inspect what he expects, he always remained willing and quite capable of doing the task himself. He understands the intricacies of US Government contracting, truly understands a contract as well as how to jointly work through ambiguities with his Customer and Client. Should there ever be a time in the future when Mr. Sayed Aly and I would work together again, I would consider myself not only lucky but as well know full well that there isn't a single challenge that could not be overcome."
