After the plant start-up:Act as QEHS Deputy Director in establishing and monitoring quality goals and safety objectives.Development of QC system for flat glass products in order to ensure and enhance the customers’ satisfaction throughout meeting their requirements and/or meeting the relevant quality standards.Ensuring the quality of all incoming raw materials (using X-ray, Lambda Spectrometer & other analytical equipment), maintaining updated raw materials specifications, sampling, testing, and release of the raw materials, Supplier Audit, Selection and Evaluation.Managing the Quality Control team activities to enhance QC system development that enabled SGGE to get the CE mark certificate four months after the start-up and enabled getting the ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and 18001 certificates one/ year after, as per target time frame.Reviewing the production reports of float line to ensure/enhance the compliance to the quality control system and report/define the non-conformities to DTI (Central technical team – France), the relevant actions and remedy.Dispositioning the non-conforming products as per the different customers’ needs and/or products characteristics in order to enhance and develop the customers’ satisfaction. Administrating and developing the Cognex SmartView system - Camera based automatic inspection system - subsequent to the installation and configuration then inspection and classification parameters, inspection control, reporting, control advisor and system maintenance.Supporting/enhancing the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) lean-six sigma approach/projects in different areas as a member in the company WCM steering committee.Handling customers claims global work flow and supporting the customer service team and the relevant parties to properly analyze and handle customers’ claims.developing and implementing research projects, priorities and targets to support commercial and policy developments .

 Responsible for results in lab to ensure the proper chemical and physical analysis of raw materials and final product to meet the quality objectives and these inputs are communicated systematically, apply and implement the operational techniques at all manufacturing stages. Assessing the benefits and monitoring the costs and effectiveness of research and development activities.Interpreting results of research projects and recommending associated product and service development innovations.Providing advice on research and development options available to the organization.

Responsible for analyzing the results of the routine tests on the raw materials being used and final Product with reporting the results with possible graphs. Suggesting any change in Product Quality after doing some WCM Projects and finding new ways with the teamwork of chemists, supervisors and workers to get the easier and faster way for good quality products.Working with production lines managers to ensure efficiency and quality of operations and supervise batch manufacturing processes. Follow-up designs and supervise validation studies and training need programs
