With a strong foundation in nursing, e.g., critical care, emergency, etc. I work closely with professors and students to enhance understanding, encourage critical thinking, and support student success.My role includes:1/Facilitating Learning: Assisting with lectures, labs, and discussions to clarify complex concepts and encourage active student participation.2/Mentoring and Guiding: Providing one-on-one or group support to students, addressing questions, offering feedback, and guiding them through challenging coursework.3/Enhancing Course Delivery: Collaborating with faculty on course materials, grading, and developing resources that improve the learning experience.Passionate about fostering an inclusive, innovative, and motivating academic environment, I am always open to learning and applying new teaching methodologies and tools that drive meaningful engagement.
