Civil Supervisor/Qc Inspector/Land Surveyor
CurrentOwns Company's policies on Quality, Loss Prevention & Environment and ensure their implementation.Well aware with Construction practices, tools and equipment.Responsible for overall project execution plan, forecast and mobilize direct and indirect manpower tool, plant and equipment.Responsible for Engineering & material and resource evaluation, allocation and control.Responsible for the work force, quality of work, safety, schedule and productivity of personnel, sub-contractors and associated support.Identify critical activities, carryout risk analysis and take necessary measures to ensure timely completion of the project.Identify risks, quantify and prepare contingency plans.Review the progress reports and initiate remedial actions where requires and responsible for all work executed at site.Develop method statement for the project execution, discuss with client obtain approval.Control and coordinate progress of work to maintain schedule.Implementation of efficient and cost effective work practices.Trouble shooting and handling work as per client's schedule and specifications.Interfacing with client's representative to discuss various issues in execution of the required activities.
