Production:• Doing revision, proofreading, MTPE, LSO, QA, Style Guide Creation, Feedback implementation, TM creation, one-shot translation, and all production-related Jobs in line with standard rates, procedures and rules set by the company.Managerial:• Following up group members' performance and guiding them regarding work discipline, company and department rules; and making sure they are on track regarding the quality they provide.• Holding meetings with group members regularly to convey instructions or directions to them or convey any message or point of view from the department management to them.• Attending department management meetings and working harmony with management team to achieve and support any decisions agreed on by the team.• Supervision of newcomer training sessions and arranging for suitable training for group members.• Sharing in preparing any useful materials that may help develop group members’ technical knowledge or quality.• Filling up the follow up sheet for group members with any positive or negative actions.• Collecting ER sheets of group members.• Setting up the objectives for group members.• Doing the appraisal for group members in line with company rules and procedures.• Commitment to company attendance rules and decreasing absence days.• Helping in resource allocation if needed.
