CurrentProject: Tablet Dep. Renovation, Chemical Industries Developments company (CID), Giza. Executing, QS, Submittals preparation, suppliers offers, Material Requests, installations, testing, and Validation for the following Systems according to GMP & WHO standards:1- HVAC system: class D with HEPA filters (Camfil), installation 5 New AHU (VOLTA) & refurbishment and reinstallation for 15 AHU with complete Hookup, with 800 Ton Refrigerant chilled water plant (Carrier), +80 Ton Ductwork (khedr Trust), SS304 air supply outlet diffuser and low return Grill ducted.2- Compressed Air system: 500m PR pipes (Banniger PN 20) loop and SS316 outlets.3- Machine & Floor Drain system: 300m PVC Pipes (HAMZA) and SS316 sanitary floor drain.4- Purified water loop: 800m SS316 pipes ( Alvalaval), 25 outlet SS316 valves ( Donjoy ), Orbital Welding, and connected with water Treatment plant ( DGN )Job Responsibilities:• Implement and monitor all mechanical-related works at the site in accordance with approved drawings, methods, and safety regulations.• Assign necessary resources such as manpower, materials, and tools for mechanical works prior to execution.• Plan and coordinate the execution of all mechanical-related works, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project objectives.• Collaborate with civil, architecture, and electrical groups to coordinate mechanical works within the project schedule.• Interpret construction drawings, study contract documents, and applicable standards to ensure compliance during execution.• Provide engineering and technical support to mechanical workgroups, ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution.• Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or safety concerns that may arise on-site.• Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, civil, architecture, and electrical engineers to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
