CurrentAt iHorizons Group, I managed the issuance of residency visas for new employees and business visas for visiting staff, overseeing the complete residency permit process, including medical checkups, fingerprinting, employment contract attestation, and immigration applications. I handled employment formalities such as labor card issuance, sponsorship transfers, and secondments. Additionally, I was responsible for issuing exit permits and residency permit cancellations, liaising with the labor department for new labor approvals and adjustments to existing approvals. I coordinated annual labor department inspections and addressed any violations, maintained updated logs and databases of all requests and documents, and assisted staff with family-related residency permits, renewals, and cancellations. My role also included providing administrative support to HR, preparing NOC letters and immigration-related forms in both English and Arabic, managing renewal of company documents (e.g., commercial registrations, authorized signatory cards, trade licenses), and conducting transactions with government entities for establishing new branches, company name changes, and other legal documents, besides my support to the HR team as I was responsible for the Attendance, the annual leaves also I was working on the company payroll and submitted all the requests through the PO system. I effectively used AI technologies and software like MS Teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
