Technical office manger, responsible for ARCH. , civil , MEP designing and shop drawing team , project estimation ,value engineer , coordination , cost control and quantity survey . My responsibilities are to prepare all reporting for design drawings , tendering and shop drawing for mega scale projects. As per following  Managing a team of Technical Office Engineer staff.  develop and implement a Technical Office policy for an entire organization.  Co-ordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring the harmony between engineering team requirements and construction team deliverables  Responsible for the preparation of project-related method of statements.  Manage and review shop drawing submittals  Coordinate with other Technical Office engineers to produce shop drawings with focus on aesthetics and cost control.  Manage and review material approval request and method of the statement according to project specs  Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural and civil designs.  Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs, and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.  Resolve arising conflicts between various design components.  Determine and direct procedures and instructions to be followed according to design specifications and quantity of required materials.  Planning and maintaining projects budgets and schedules.  Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.  Managing the cost analysis and cost control of projects activities.  Follow-up with consultations or contractors during negotiations and offer award or contract terms, performance and payments.  To build a strong relation with consultations or contractors.  Responsible for the Tenders Technical Submission.
