Current- Follow up the receipt of raw materials and samples necessary for analysis. - Analysis of raw materials physically and chemically.- Analyze the raw materials periodically to ensure the correct ratios of all added and applicable oxides, update and follow-up based on the results and analyzes.- Follow up all mixing operations from adding raw materials step by step, while adhering to the required quantities appropriate to the operating method.- Follow up the final mixing of the required quantities and humidity appropriate to the operating method. - Follow up of the withdrawal (Pull) of furnaces, temperature change and their effect on the final product. - Follow up the appearance of any form on the final product and know the resulting source. - Follow up the addition of premix, which is the additive to improve the quality of the product.- Follow up on the supply of raw materials and receipt according to standard specifications.- Monitoring the recycled glass crushing (Cullet) plant and maintaining a consistent and appropriate crushing rate according to the required specifications and appropriate to the operating method.- Monitoring furnace operation, operating conditions, batch melting, refractory treatment and operating system.
