Perform the specification for all water & waste water treatment systems with the consultant PEGSCO form day one of the cairo west electricity production project ( UF , RO, MDG, CEDI, Chlorination, Condansate Poilsher , Waste Water ) and follow up all the phases during the project ( engineering,construction ,Startup, commissioning & Operation phases ).  Follow up Startup, commissioning and Operation for Pretreatment Ultra filtration (UF) & waste Water & oily water separator & Potable Water Systems.Perform the specification & selection for all laboratory devices of Main laboratory, Oil analysis lab and biology laboratory with its tools, instruments, chemicals ,Glassware & furniture and follow up the installation and start up, commissioning of all laboratories .Follow up the performance & reliability for all water &waste water treatment systems to adjust the required water quality.Follow up Startup, commissioning, Operation of Demineralization System (Reverse osmosis RO ,membrane degasifier MDG & contenious electrodeionization CEDI).Follow up the operation and maintenance of chlorine gas feed system for potable & circulating system (3 × 450 kg / hr.) with DENORA company.Follow up the chemical cleaning of RO (Reverse Osmosis) plant. Follow up the operation, CEB and CIP of Ultra filtration units.Follow up Startup, commissioning,Operation of Condensate polisher System.Controlling and calculating all Chemicals dosing and quantity of Chemicals used in water treatment operation.Startup, Commissioning , Operation , Calibration & Maintenance of all online analyzer include but not limited to the following (PH meter , ORP meter, Conductivity meter, Turbidity meter, Sodium analyzer, Silica analyzer,TOC analyzer ,Residual Chlorine Analyzer( amperometric & colorimetric ) and Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer) for many brands such as HACH , ,SWAN ,ROSEMOUNT, 3S, ABB, Ender & Hauser.Controlling and calculating all Chemicals dosing and quantity of Chemicals used in water treatment operation.Follow up the environmental and social impact assessment of cairo west power plant.Perform all chemical analysis for determine chemical dose of Boiler (ammonia & hydrazine and phosphate). Perform all chemical analysis and Preparations to adjust the specifications of pretreatment & demineralized water and chemical feed systems. Follow up the water chemistry of the supercritical boiler, which may be AVT (O), AVTR, or oxygenated treatment (OT).
