(QUIS, OTD Sheet, Qcc1 Report, Moisture Report, Safety sheet etc.)o Communicate HQ Spain with concerned people via email to avoid any kind of error.o RFID & EAS tag & placement checking by Devices during Inspection.o During inspection check with online C&A database (WISO) update OMS records & Supplies delivered Documents & Goods both are equal or not.o Trained suppliers’ people to understand C&A, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) How to do Preproduction meeting, Inline report, pre final & Moisture report.o Check in the Daily GIN site if any update information is uploaded by the Head Office.

Duties/Responsibilities:-o Firstly, working as a QC of Cutting section, checking all manual board patterns, and checking marking papers and layers of fabrics before starting to cut. Also ensure before all fabrics are keeping enough relaxation or not if not stop the laying of fabric of Cutter table.o Secondly, start working as a QC of sewing sections. Involved from pick input cut panel from cutting section. Then closely monitor total layouts of machines set in line, adjust machine tension one by one to ensure of Quality as per approved sample.o Thirdly, working as a QC of the Finishing section. We focus on closely received right quality products from the sewing team.Our quality team ensures every single pcs checks one by one as per approved sample before passing the packing section.o Fourthly, working as QC of the packing section. We ensure all the products are packed as buyer requirements.
