 Manage all information technology and computer systems by managing workload assignments, projects and tasks with the team, prioritize and schedule resources accordingly. Ensure critical systems are available twenty-four (24) hours per day. Ensure the ERP is operating smoothly across the company through regular checking and debugging as needed. Manage Server infrastructure, performance monitoring, HW and Operating System upgrades and troubleshooting. Responsible for the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware and software. Mange Systems and Network administration, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting. Plan and manage upgrades of hardware and software systems to empower business procedures to run smoothly at optimized costs. Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security. Ensure all IT activities/ processes meet Corporate IT standards. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy. Responsible for providing technical support for staff to ensure their IT needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Recommend IT security policies for all staff to the IT VP and ensure implementation of all approved policies. Manage the department's budgeting process for yearly Capex and Opex budgets.  Initiates or renews annual maintenance contracts with suppliers/vendors for all IT systems in the business.  Works closely with Supply chain and vendors to identify yearly cost-saving measures. Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

 Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities, as well as provide administrative direction and support for efficient and productive daily operations. Assist in designing, developing, implementing systems, policies and procedures. Monitor activities and services to support LAN / WAN, all computer platforms, and disaster recovery. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Ensure configuration of all IT Systems. Regularly test and analyze all IT systems to ensure these run at their optimum level and speed. Coordinate all upcoming projects, set-up the technical and security infrastructure necessary to launch these in time. Assist IT Manger to handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness. Build and maintains vendor relationships required for hardware/software support. Attend seminars, conferences, in-service trainings, and staff meetings, as required. Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.  Document all systems operations, configurations, upgrades, processes, procedures, installation, implementation and testing. Perform other duties as assigned.

 Install and administrate Windows Servers 2003/2008/2012, AD, GP, user accounts, permissions, DNS, DHCP, and Terminal Service. Install Microsoft Windows Exchange Serve 2003/2007/2010. Manage users’ mail boxes, mail delivery, server connectivity, user permission and public folder.  Configure and troubleshoot Iron mail appliance.  Configure and troubleshoot GFI mail archiver server. Install, administrate internet access using Bluecoat, apply rules and company policy. Install, configure and monitor Antivirus server (Kaspersky, McAfee, Trend Micro, Symantec and ESET), Check server and client update, monitor client status, deal with any risk, create reports.  Install and troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2008. Support ERP system and create crystal reports as required.  Monitor network, servers and application environment using SCOM and SCCM. Install, configure and maintain network security, through managing Enterprise Firewalls. Configure, monitor and support Call Manager System.  Manage Blackberry server. Manage all system back-up and restore protocol.  Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, workstations, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; add or upgrade and configures modems, disk drives, printers, and related equipment.  Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning.  Configure, monitor and support Call Manager System.  Coordinate with ISP in installing and supporting MPLS and microwave networks. Manage Network Attached Storage (NAS) System. Develop, maintain and test Disaster Recovery Plan for the organization. Provide technical support as well as training to various users and employee
