• Processing all payments on time and issuing cheques.• Ensures proper accounting procedures by recording, verifying and entering asset, liability, revenue and expense transactions.• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.• Maintains general ledger by matching subsidiary accounts to main ledger, reporting trial balance errors/ issues.• Conduct month end and year end close process by reconciliation of general ledger accounts, preparing adjustment entries.• Summarizes financial status by preparing financial statements including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow.• Drives annual audit process including analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.• Review and analyze inter-company company transactions for the group divisions. • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.• Maintain fixed assets register to record acquisitions and disposals.• Recording accruals and prepayment and make the necessary adjusting entries.• Create cost allocation on projects for management analysis purposes. • Prepares tax return report on monthly basis. • Protects organization value by keeping information confidential.• Provide training and support for junior accountants as required. • Managing and controlling petty cash.• Employee settlement payments- advances, leave andtermination/resignation.• Handling and Processing Payroll.
