Manuel Market is a leading luxury supermarket with 11 branches in Saudi Arabia including Jeddah, Dammam & Riyad. As part of my role, I prepared payroll independently for the company's 1400+ employees on a monthly basis. Being a HR employee, I played a greater role in developing HR policies and strategies for my organization.HR Rolls:• Assisting to Hiring new employees• Updating HR system database with new employees details. • Creating Employee file and ID number for newly hired employees.• Preparing Vacation Transactions.• Preparing End of Service Transactions.• Preparing Medical Insurance for employees.• Preparing Air ticket for Employees.• Keeping & Maintaining of file records for all employeesPayroll Rolls:• Preparation and observation of Timesheets.• Overtime calculation.• Lateness adjustment, Leave with out pay & all other deductions calculation.• Updating all addition & adjustments to payroll system• Processing payroll. • Confirmation of salary for new and existing employees.• Preparing payroll reports for Accounts department.• Preparation & printing of Pay slips• Handling all the queries and doubts of employees which related to payroll.• Keeping & Maintaining of all records of timesheets and pay slips.
