Duties;- Strategic Planning & Business Development:I lead day-to-day activities for multiple automotive brands, crafting business plans, conducting sales and order analysis, managing vehicle ordering, providing crucial support for claims, pricing strategies, spec comparisons, and quotations.- Strategic Sales and Budget Planning:I specialize in developing comprehensive sales strategies and precise forecasts to optimize revenue and align with our business objectives.- Competitive Analysis & Product Strategies:I delve deep into competitive analysis, comparing our brands and line-ups with competitors. This informs our product and pricing strategies throughout the product lifecycle.- Efficient Stock Management:I ensure we maintain a strategic stock ordering and planning process, always keeping a minimum of three months of stock on hand and two months in the pipeline. Additionally, I'm responsible for implementing effective stock liquidation plans.- Data-Driven Decision-Making:I am adept at implementing robust data management systems to generate insightful reports that drive informed decision-making and strategy formulation.- Effective Supply Chain Management: I oversee an intricately controlled supply chain that encompasses import and export of vehicles, handling documentation, marine and land insurance, custom approvals, certifications, and collaborate with vessel agents for surveys and damage claims.- System Expertise: I am proficient in various manufacturing systems such as "S-Gate," "SMART," "LOGWIN," "Retailer-HUB," and "IDCS," providing daily reporting and leveraging these systems for streamlined operations.- Keyloop Drive & Kerridge System: I keep our Order, specifications, shipment, warranty details, and dealer offers up-to-date on the Keyloop Drive & Kerridge System.

Duties:• Handling sourcing through identification of cost effective suppliers for procurement with an aim of improving quality & reliability. • Budgeting funds for procurement and sourcing of materials ensuring optimum utilization of materials & maximum cost savings.• Managing the import and export operations & Keeping compliance with custom laws & notifications.

Duties:• Supervising logistic operations viz. Air freight, Sea freights & inland transportation up to warehouse. • Coordinating with Custom House agents, vessel agents and other external agencies for ensuring timely clearances and cost effective transport solutions.• Negotiating with transporters, shippers to ensure seamless and cost-effective movement of consignment.• Overseeing the store management and maintaining reduced inventory Levels. • Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting perpetual stock verification and documentation.

Duties:• Tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the stores. • Generating purchase orders when inventory levels reach reorder. • Efficiently managing the inventory levels for ensuring availability of material to meet dispatch targets.
