• More than 10 Years’ experience in Wire Harness Design/Development & overall 12 years plus Experience.• Worked in Suzuki Motor Corporation Japan as guest engineer for 2.5 years for new product harness layout design.• Expertise in 3D Layout design for harness routing in UG NX, appropriate component selection for wiring harness based on cost & quality.• Strong abilities in creating/reading engineering drawings with proficiency in designing & developing new products in conformance to pre-defined technical specification.• Expertise in VBA/Excel for problem specific code making that drive continuous improvement to process, system & work flow.• Effective communicator & negotiator with strong analytical, problem solving and organization abilities.• Deep understanding of Wiring Harness Design & Development using 3D and 2D.• RFQ core team member to prepare BOM & other design/development related documents with accuracy to get the new businesses.• To check the feasibility of the product/project and close co-ordination with the production and Quality Department during design and development.• Knowledge of circuit drawings, power distribution, ground system, fuse/wire selection, vehicle testing.
