1-Design and Technical support2-Review and approve mechanical submittals (Materials , shop drawing ,,,etc)3-Leadership experience in Technical reviewing, Execution and installation of mechanical systems (fire protection, plumbing, Medical and Air conditioning).4-Knowledge of design and drafting Programs including “Elite, HAP, MS- office and AutoCAD.5-Managing all kinds of documents (Correspondence, Submittals, Requisitions and Reports) 6-Good knowledge of International standards including NFPA, ASHRAE, and NPC. 7-Extensive technical knowledge and experience in mechanical systems. 8-Reviewing and approve technical submittals (calculations, materials, shop drawing and equipment…..etc).9-Providing the necessary advices for solving Mechanical problems. 10-Preparing and follow-up the work progress reports.11-Make sure the contractor is considering the safety requirements.12-Provide technical support to the contractor to solve any technical problem on the site. 13-Follow-up and approve the necessary tests to mechanical systems.
